We formed the company in September 2020

We pride ourselves on making and creating products for chocolatiers including teaching classes, coloured cocoa butters, lustre dusts and chocolate.

The name SoSaSe was conceived when we decided to transform our three daughters' playroom into a lab to continue teaching one-on-one lessons, developing pastry and chocolate products, and unleashing our creativity during lockdown. It felt right to pay tribute to our three wonderful girls, who witnessed their play space morph into a culinary workshop. All three of our daughters have been instrumental in product development. As any parent knows, children provide the most honest feedback. They are our tasters and the creative team, constantly challenging us with exciting new ideas. They share our chocolate obsession, discerning good from bad, and have developed a palate equal to ours over time. It was only fair that the name of our business reflects their contributions, using derivatives of their three names. Sophia, Salma, Seren

Like many businesses, we continue to develop our products and find new ways for chocolatiers to be creative.

In July 2021, we launched “I Shud KoKo’ a brand of coloured cocoa butters using Organic cocoa butter and premium colours & pigments, we knew that there had to be a better product available on the market and the product also needed to be better understood by chocolatiers, this led to us categorising the colour types, so chocolatiers could determine a better way to use them.

We now have over 80 products in our range, with new products in development and more to come.

We continue to innovate and experiment and look at new ways of developing products that support chocolatiers globally.
